Elevation Foods Remember Because of Listeria monocytogenes contamination that is Possible

Elevation Foods is recalling Thai lobster salad egg salad and containers of Archer egg salad and Archer Farms-brand deviled egg whites created on June 18, 2019. This is a result of potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes.

Although healthy individuals may suffer only temporary indications like stomach pain, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, fever, and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

After getting test results for three containers of egg salad that were sampled and analyzed from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, elevation Foods recognized the issue. Elevation Foods is currently continuing to investigate sources of the issue.
