Samurai, Inc recalls popcorn product due to undeclared fish

More than 16 thousand bundles of Samurai Inc Furikake Popcorn packs are recalled.

Furikake is a sterile seasoning comprising a mix of sliced seaweed, sesame seeds, fish, salt, sugar, and monosodium glutamate.

The product can be bought in all chains throughout the state and has been distributed at the state of Hawaii. It is available in a 5oz bundle and can be marked on the rear panel with greatest by dates 30/10/19, 15/11/19, 30/11/19 and 15/12/19.

The recall was initiated after it was found that the item was distributed.

Run the risk of allergic reaction if they consume these items. The business has stated that no illnesses have been reported thus far.
